True confessions
Yes, the backsliding was bad. Today has gone well though, and the emotional onslaught has diminished. Indeed there are better ways to cope!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The sourdough bread ... kiss that wonderful stuff goodbye~! I do love it, too. I really do! *sigh* You have to get your mind set again. You can do it. Hot weather is coming ... you have to fit in your shorts and capris! You can do it!

sometimes the knot at the end of our rope slips out of our hands and all we can do is clean up the mess and trudge on through it. You can do this, just breathe and keep putting one foot in front of the other!
