I'll never figure out what makes the darned scale go up and down. I was very careful of my intake for days and showed a slight increase. Yesterday, I said screw it and ate two large Entenmanns chocolate donuts just because I wanted them. Today the scale shows a loss. I did drink a lot more water yesterday which has been an issue for me. Some days I'm lucky to get two bottles down, maybe that's the answer?

Recently Chris Powell (Extreme Weight Loss) explained, on the Dr. Oz show, that when you overeat it takes three days for your body to react. Maybe it works the other way around also.

dear deco dancer....please do not take a "lesson" from the donuts! your weight could have gone down from your previous "good" days and the donuts are irrelevant.!
