2 weeks and lost 10 pounds. Staying disciplined and keeping to the plan. I don't feel like I have denied myself anything and feeling pretty good about it. My son came back from Ireland last night and brought me some good Single Malt Irish Whisky, cant wait to try a shot. The best thing helping me get through this is being prepared. Nothing fancy, just making sure I have the right types of food available before I have to think what do I eat next. Long time ago I did my homework and slowly replaced one food at a time with a healthy one I would like.
A saying I learned a long time ago, that holds very true.


We don't eat what we like, we like what we eat.
