I'm surprised. I fully expected to have gained weight. Well, I guess my efforts aren't futile after all. But this means that my brain is going to fight me every step of the way soon. I've gotta be prepared for battle. Plan my indulgences only when I can correct alone. No more accidents either. It must be deliberate or I will offend. Yay, I'm quite glad of my progress.
