feeling pretty overwhelmed. that's an understatement. i forgot what a fulltime job weight loss is. its not just writing everything down. include planing and shopping for meals. i have two fulltime jobs already. this will be a third. i don't know how im going to do it. but what is the alternative? quite angry at myself that i irresponsibly allowed myself to gain 50 + lbs after losing 170 lbs. what could i have been thinking? or not. i will get out my old weight watchers materials. i think i still have them after all these years. i hope so. i was a "lifetime" memember and went to meeting for years but eventually i got weary of them. how i regret that now. oh well today i walked in morning and evening. wrote my activity down. i need to eat no more than 1700 cal a day and i've not yet gotten down that low. its been more like 1900 cal a day. gotta do it.
