157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get down on yourself :) I took a peek at your food journal and you make really great healthy choices- much better than me. Before I ballooned to 250 lbs. I was a healthy 145-48 ish. Now I had to meet Marine weight requirements which for a women 5'6" is 148lbs, 142 for a women 5'5" so I was constantly teetering on the line of being overweight by Marine standards. I exercised all the time, ate really healthy but could never seem to get below that 145ish mark. I would go down to 142 then back up to 148. Those last 10 to 15 lbs are the WORST. Keep at it and I am sure you will be successful. Having children doesn't help either becaue it can be so hard to maintain a schedule. Brownies sure look good when you didn't have time for lunch. Keep up the good work and I am sure you will meet your goals.
