Went to the doctor yesterday.. Weighed 188! I'm starting over with 1 Adapex, 1 Multi-vitamin w/B12, 1 mid day appetite suppressant @ day, and 1/2 of a water pill by-weekly.... So wish me luck!!!!!!!!
