Went to the doctor yesterday.. Weighed 188! I'm starting over with 1 Adapex, 1 Multi-vitamin w/B12, 1 mid day appetite suppressant @ day, and 1/2 of a water pill by-weekly.... So wish me luck!!!!!!!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
