Today I am experiencing a lot of fatigue at work and when I am home. I have had 1 sleep study to rule out sleep apena and was scheduled to do another study a MSLT but due to having no way to pay for the expenses, I canceled it. I am gonna try to lose a few lbs and take vitamin D daily. I am hoping this will resolve naturally by changing my lifestyle behavior instead of "wasting" thousand of dollars on something I most likely do not have, Narcolepsy. Wish me luck. My goal is to reach 239 by the end of June.

My experience with Atkins was like that too - sure I loose weight, but it gets very depressing after a while. No sugar for the brain, and it does not work that actively. Vitamin D may help, but keep in mind that it is the nature of the diet. When you get to eat more greens, and carbs with high glycemic index, it will get better.
