Yest: Ate extra chicken stuffed pepper(#3). Salty. This AM, feel a Lil bloated. Got more wearableso to try. Water intake not impressive. Still motivated. Apple day today. Gotta get a gym membership.
238.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
