thought i had done great today and wasn't feeling as hungry turns about when i double checked my food log i had forgotten to write one item down even though i write it the night before screwed up! oh well. carefully wrote my food for tomorrow. i will cut out 240 cal and see if i can do this and if i will start to lose some weight. haven't lost an ounce yet but its only been 4 days.....was hoping for some magic of some kind lol. i remembered to walk a little extra at work today sort of forgot about it but then remembered to do it. (got busy and forgot). i will try to walk a little extra tomorrow morning with the dog.
