Didn't get to start the challenge on the start date but I did do 60 minutes of pilates! Started the challenge today and walked 30 minutes. Hope to walk longer gradually.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
