Started week 4 of the crunch challenge Today I did 32-38-32-32-48 Hard and I need breaks between but I am amazed that I can do these now. Day 2 post turkey day - but I still had a lot of turkey to eat

Are the crunches working? I'm starting adding them into my weight training, but only do 3 sets of 10 and only 3 times a week. How do you split that up? I see 5 sets. Is your interval based on a time frame or just whenever you can do it during one day?

I am following the 200 sit up challenge - but it is really crunches
So it is set up like this. I really not sure why. I think it will change to 6 sets with shorter pauses soon. The idea is to be strong enough in the end to do 200 in a row.
