Did homework at MJC with the spouse. He said he felt like throwing up again. I think we are different paces. I try to encourage him, but would like to go at my own pace, and I don't want him to feel like he has to keep up with me. I keep telling him, "Give a few weeks, and you will be kicking butt." Dang almond butter! Didn't realize the fat content. Next time, 1/2 serving, even though it is so tasty.
