Working out a little more diligently and trying to stay under 2200 calories. Need to eat a bit more protien and cleaner foods but at least I'm counting calories.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
