i don't know why.. I am doing exercise & also strict to my diet plan but still gained weight.. :(
234.8 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is 393 calories all you had to eat that day? Are you sure you are strict to your diet plan if you are not logging it? :)

Adnanrana Like Sara1111 said, it is quite common to lose fat AND gain weight when exercising or training. Especially in your legs. Give your body time to balance the muscle out for the increased work load you are putting on it. The fat will keep going down. And you may GAIN a few more pounds. But as long as you are sticking to your diet like you say you are, the fat loss will eventually surpass the muscle gain and your weight will begin to drop. most likely quite quickly. So don't worry camper. you will be fine.
