day two of dieting. better than the first day. much better. helped that i was at work and had no time to think about being hungry. my advice to self is always plan the next day's meals in advance and stick to the plan no matter what. and always always save room for a planned snack before bed. that has been my saving grace. and eat s l o w l y and don't do anything except savor the taste and sensation of eating. mindless eating is a big no no.....easy to consume a lot of calories in front of the computer (tv) and not realize what you are eating/have eaten. these last two days i was successful in lowering my calorie intake a little bit each day. tomorrow i should be at my just under my goal amount 1700 calories. ***one day at a time*** baby steps ***** yeah!!!!
