Lenten Practice 2016 > Centering Prayer Meditation combined with fasting 1 day/wk.

I noticed eating became easier...On non-fast days ... cravings were easier to deal with and I lost a few pounds with out intending to.

Looking into this on the web I found Intermittent Fasting and the 5:2 Diet on YouTube

Intermittent 16:8 fasting 1800 cals on Tues, Thur, Friday
See what happens on Sat, Sun
