First week of my low carb diet and I drop 10.4 pounds!!!
289.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! I also just completed week one of my plan that was a carb deplete plan. Similar weight loss. Keep up the progress.

Noticed you was on a low carb. I keyed in my weight 254. And it is saying I get 1800 cal. Do you pick the amount of carbs you want? Not sure how many carbs I want.

I thought about 20% carbs, 30% fats and rest protein . Is this within range or should go with what Fatsecret told me?
