The weekends tend to be the toughest to keep on track. Sat, was below RDI at 95% and Sunday at 78%. So good there, and I let a little room for some of the foods I like so it doesn't feel like I'm choking myself off from good foods to lose weight. Look I like beer, so 1 beer on Sat and 1 on Sunday is A OK. I brew my own beer as well, so what ever life style changes I make is simply going to have to include beer. This is doable. I cut out sugar in my coffee and am darn proud of myself for not snacking after dinner the entire week.

I Added some cardio both days to burn off some of the cals. I don't expect to lose much if any over the weekend, but that is ok as well. The heavy lifting will happen during the week. The key is patient endurance and not wrecking what progress is made during the week.
