I actually started Atkins on October 26th. My start weight was 206. I am now 194. Obviously, I'm new to fatsecret. I'm wanting to plug in my foods and get my actual net carbs as I have basically been eating the same things for 4 weeks now and knew I was around or below the 20 total net carbs, but I know I am not getting enough veggie carbs....as I am very picky when it comes to vegetables and just don't like very many. I've been eating a lot of salads for lunch and green beans with supper.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
