Very disappointed with my caloric intake yesterday... If I am going to live this lifestyle I must ensure I am giving the body the nutrients and calories my body needs. I love all the organic veggies from the farmers market... And rainbow chard is awesome...MUST start eating breakfast instead of a bag of light popcorn or light string cheese.... will watch calories today.
