After a week of damage control. I suppose i can live with a one pound gain for april. It was a rough month.

BUTTTTT

Tomorrow is my last day of preceptorship then im done with nursing school clinicals entirely. Light at the end of the tunnel.

190.8 lb Lost so far: 95.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
