Yay! It has gone down by 400g! I am very happy today. I know I should not be going up and down according to my weight movement, but I like being happy when it goes down. Even when it goes up, I kind of enjoy it as this is a whole process, which matters. It fluctuates, doesn't it?
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
