Love my new workout - usually with weight training I don't even break a sweat - Not today! Hope I will be able to move tomorrow LOL!!!

I started the journey about 18 years ago - been maintaining the loss for most of that time. I still am at too high a bf% Part of the reason I am here is to kick things in gear and finish the fat loss. The professionals I am working with can see my eats and such on here. I am planning to compete in the WBFF Transformation Makeover Division in October in Oklahoma. Unlike a tradition bodybuilding competition it is more based on your story than your physique but want to get as close to my goal as possible. I like to keep some kind of challenging goal in from of me to push myself.
