This is getting more and more frustrating. Tuesday I mowed and I felt good because it was technically an exercise. Then my family decided to buy pizza for dinner, my weakness. I know that if I only have one piece, it will send me into a binge. I made some instant grits (100 calories) and stayed in my room the rest of the night while they enjoyed the pizza. Now today is cinco de mayo and there's food everywhere at school. The teachers have too much food and are offering it to whoever wants it. Chips, soda, cookies, it's terrible. I'm trying to stick to my fit pop popcorn and water. It's so hard when you miss your favorite foods. But it's so important to lose the weight. Now this Saturday is my brothers college graduation and we're going out to my favorite restaurant AND THEN coming home for cake and icecream. It's a complete nightmare. I want to go hide in my room but I can't. I have to be social. I have to show that I'm eating. It's like they're forcing me to gain the weight. I need an excuse to not eat. When I eat, I binge. I can't help it. I always binge if I eat. Then I get really sick from over eating. This will be a horrible weekend.

it is a ton easier to resist these yummy.. I mean horrible treats of Shoal, if you aren't hungry. Idk you WOE but in my LCHF world you can have the pizza toppings, and you'd be amazed you dont miss the crust at all.. Its the ooey gooey comfort of the toppings that you miss. I pace out small meals, snacks during my eating time to avoid that do or die need to eat.

Just tell yourself you can do it and fill up with water and vegs before going out to eat and then you won't be hungry and will only want a salad and then have a tiny piece of cake and ice cream and after you finish it walk away until all the good stuff is put away, this is what I do because I am like you, I cant get just one of anything I have to eat 10 or 20

I could've cried the other day with the pizza. It was right in front of my and i could've binged. I wanted to so bad but I thought of all the consequences.

Make a choice between cake and ice cream and then cut the serving in half and savor it. If you don't choose hit the gym first and burn off those calories ahead of time.

I appreciate the help. It just terrifies me to eat foods that are not my "safe foods".
