Hmm...idk about this scale :/
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Stay focused and find a routine that works for you. I took the long route to lose about the same amount you are working on but I could have pushed myself and accomplished things faster. It takes patience, time and consistency with a program that works for you. Don't give up!
