just not going anywhere , getting crabby. i'm sticking with it but frustrated,
189.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You just need something to give you a push. Mix up your food. Stay hydrated. Kick up your exercise/activity. Notice how your clothes are fitting too. Sometimes that scale doesn't move but we lose fat/inches. And your chart looks amazing!!!
