Stressed out and not sleeping. Usually makes me want to eat less. All I've been eating is salads lately, not that it's surprising.

Yesterday's MASSIVE salad was greek. Cherry tomatos, kalamata olives, green pepper, feta cheese, red onion, spinach, romaine... greek thick dressing. A whopping 10.6 carbs. But Satisfying when I'm an anxious wreck? Yep.

Today is salad too. It's about 5 carbs, romaine, spinach, feta, chicken, bacon, raw mushroom, green olives and of course thick carsar... also satisfying at work. Guess what I'm not having tonight after 5 days straight of salads?

156.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, Zombie, I just worked out and did the treadmill jog for 5 min. at a 4.5 pace, and I am happily still alive with no real knee pain. Woo hoo!
