Noticed yesterday my clothes fit different. But I still need to break myself of the scale checking. Everyone morning, I get up and do my business then step on the scale. I am so reliant on what that darn thing says that I often fall to the "weigh" side.. LOL I think I need some more motivation to get myself up and moving! I have a gym at work right around the corner from my office. Literally 100 steps or less away. But I make every excuse not to use it.
HELP ME TO GET MOTIVATED PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
