Day one and I recorded everything, on to day two.

Goal of the day: Get a work out in, even if it's just a hike with the dog. And keep recording!!

Slowly but surely I will get healthier, I think progressing into a diet and exercise routine will be easier than just switching overnight. We'll see anyhow.
