Yesterday was so crazy at the gym - I ended up not eating enough because I was just so busy. I got home late and didn't want to eat a ton of food at the end of the day. We really don't have breaks in our schedule so food (or drink) can get challenging sometimes. We have a new gym location grand opening today. Looks like they will have food trucks and Biggest Loser competitor Erin (the one that was also on the voice) I have always been a fan of the show - not because of the ridiculous weight loss but of the mental change. I met Bob Harper around the time I started working toward becoming a personal trainer.
I am a new fan of the show Strong. Don't know if you have watched it but the name is an acronym for Starting to realize our natural greatness
I actually applied for the show last year. Looks like a great show but with my bad knee things would not have gone well! LOL!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 123.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
