Super excited!! Down a little over 2 pounds and starting to feel good about myself again for taking this step to get healthy. I'm not even a week into it so I know that I could be easily influenced and fall off the wagon at any time. I'm bound and determined to make this time around stick no matter what it takes though!! Here's to all of us who knows the struggle and keeps inching forward one day at a time 😘
