Bubbles lots of bubbles the last couple of weeks. The spouse is acting up, mood swings, shouting, yelling no peace and I indulge in bubbles.
I am back counting calories and eating well again.

Back in the game, goal is to get down to 230 in the next 30 days. Thank you everyone for the support. Today's been good, buttery eggs, coffee with cream and coconut oil. Soft pork shoulder w/ butter. I feel full.

Hit the gym today too. Must do that more and stay out of the house.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
