So today I did not weight myself, I am kind of scare to know I have gain a pound or two since I ate super bad during the weekend! So I am going to pretend it did not happened and get back on track.

For breakfast I had a boiled egg and a tea. I also took my termocuts which help me a lot and avoid any fatty foods. Which I should take more often during the weekends but I don't.

Anyhow, I am working on getting a six pack but it's been super hard. Can't seem to get the fat out of me!! Grr, any ideas?
