Took two days off from my intense diet and just watched what I ate and didn't gain so am happy. Now am going to get back into it again
Been 2 months with just drinking water w/lemons, green tea and coffee, no booze and no red meat. Also no processed food or added sugar. Starting today I've add milled flax seeds to my oatmeal and chia breakfast.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
