Took two days off from my intense diet and just watched what I ate and didn't gain so am happy. Now am going to get back into it again Been 2 months with just drinking water w/lemons, green tea and coffee, no booze and no red meat. Also no processed food or added sugar. Starting today I've add milled flax seeds to my oatmeal and chia breakfast.
