For me it was almost exactly that timing above...I lost three pounds in a month and a bit that made all the difference...three pounds but visible fat from my face, neck, sides, stomach. People asked my if I'd been sick, lol, ya, sick of being fat!!

16 Weeks? That's when you start hearing shiznit like "Are you OK, you're losing so much weight" and my personal favorite "You've lost a lot of weight, I hope it was intentional."

Most importantly, WHATEVER happens, don't let it throw you for a loop! Some folks think it PC to not make any comment at all because your weight isn't supposed to matter.
