Back at home, ready to start 6 months straight here at KGH! I'm feeling rested and ready for a strong May of health and productivity! My FitBit is operational again, hasn't been since 2015, and I like that it tracks activity - I think that is an important factor in overall health, as opposed to just explicit workouts.
This week: - 3 workouts (1 down already) - No non-paleo sweets or snacks Mon-Fri - 2000 mL water per day (4 of my S'well bottles)
Exemptions: Tuesday is Mina's bday and she wants to go to Greco's <3
