Homemade vegetable beef soup...stew thing. Not really sure what makes the difference. I ended up a little over on my carbs but really it is almost all from veggies so I guess it could be worse...

1517 kcal Fat: 115.68g | Prot: 89.75g | Carb: 33.25g.   Breakfast: sugar free vanilla syrup, sugar free french vanilla creamer, coffee, string cheese swirl, extra virgin olive oil. Lunch: Fresh Ham, creamy ranch dressing. Dinner: Butter, beef stew meat. Snacks/Other: onion, cabbage, Broccoli & Cauliflower, Classic Iceberg Salad, Cucumber, banana pepper rings, mushroom, zucchini. more...

I agree. Just looked at your progress...you have steady weight loss. Keep it up.

I thought it turned out great just wish my 4 year old would get over her pickiness. Thank you M. I was surprised when I added 5 nc I have greatly upped my veggie carbs. Before I was lucky if I hit 12 on a good day.
