Homemade vegetable beef soup...stew thing. Not really sure what makes the difference. I ended up a little over on my carbs but really it is almost all from veggies so I guess it could be worse...

I thought it turned out great just wish my 4 year old would get over her pickiness.
Thank you M. I was surprised when I added 5 nc I have greatly upped my veggie carbs. Before I was lucky if I hit 12 on a good day.
