Spent part of the weekend sitting on my deck reading. It was beautiful. Mid 20s. BBQ is far more efficient at this temperature. :)

Tika has stopped breaking out of the yard to see what's going on in the rest of the world. I'm quite happy with the little mutt. She's my baby.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have my shorts on but I have a feeling it is a bit warmer here. LOL! When you say 20's ... is that Celsius? Then it would be the same as our weather today ... in the high 60's Farenheit.

@NM Confirmed. Yesterday was my planned cut midpoint refeed. Full on ad libetem. Maxxed at 197.4 last nit and just hit 194.2. Without any extreme measures, should be max 72 hours to unwind... We'll see...
