So for whatever reason I drank a magnesium citrate because I felt bloated NOT constipated. All night and this morning the toilet has been my best friend but there's no solids. Hmmmmm??!!??? Anyways I just had breakfast so I'm going to wait an hour and than hit the gym. Let's see how that goes.
