Adjusted my goal weight from 220 to 230. Thought I was taking a small step with 220 but I am having trouble even getting to 230. My long term is 190 but at 64, it is looking doubtful. I am to set in my eating habits and it is a real struggle to change. I will work on it and lose about 5 pounds and then binge again.
