I fought hard for that! Today one of my friends needed help with her son, who needs some motivation to behave correctly. He lost all his privileges so today he came over and helped me spring clean. We washed cabinets, doors and walls. Pruned some flowers and then made play dough for preschool. Whew! and the day is only half way over.
174.1 lb Lost so far: 44.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
