i joined the Memorial Day challenge but i dont know how to post my progress of the different areas. Can someone please help me?

am trying something new this morning for breakfast. i bought Quaker Steel Cut Oats and i am trying them with 1tsp of honey. i hope i like them because i have a large container of them.

I love steel cut oats, but they do have a lot of carbs.

well they were ok. but i probably wont eat them all the time. i will just adjust what i eat the rest of the day. now i just have to get rid of this headache i have. it started last night and the fun that i had last night didnt help any...
