day two of logging every thing and I mean everything. even the fart bar (atkins bar) I had in the middle of the night last night (it was raining bad and i woke up). I was tempted BAD today to buy some candy, eat a cookie left behind, have a muffin, but I didn't.. I had a headache bad but I dont care, by Monday I wont. And sweet baby jesus I woke up with a sore throat, runny nose and coughing up chunks. So it was extra hard not to want to cheat. But, I survived. I did not work out but Im ok with that since Im really not feeling well. I decided that the diet reset and change in work/gym schedule is to much to take on in one week. SO focusing on diet and the new work schedule and will work out when I can and start a stricter regimen come Monday. And a new step contest starts at work so Im stoked. Have a nice weekend every one.. Cheers

Logging everything that you put in your pie hole is so hard some times but it sure does make you take a close look at what you are eating. Nice Job

For me logging everything as accurately as I can is important. It keeps me honest with myself and on track. After 2 years of doing it it's just another thing I do, I don't even think about having to do it, I just do it. I hope you feel better and keep going on your journey.

So true Cat.. logging everything these last few days has kept me super honest. I wasn't really cheating everyday , it more like Ive been winging it.. so eating good healthy stuff just not watching any calories or carbs..and I bet thats why I have gained.. bc im eating "legally". I thinks its good practice for maintenance but Ive tried maintenance and it doesnt work for me yet. I get cocky when I try and "maintain" LOL
