SQUAT - 2 X 245 (2nd miss; RWTFE) BENCH - 0 X 205
Total Fail. Arrived late & spent. Warm Ups tight & strong. Thought it might be OK. Lights went out for gym close right as I unracked the money set. Strong enough, just no gas. Had to talk myself out of the hole on the second rep. Gym closed so that was it. Thankfully. Food/Sleep.

For some lifters, like myself. Its hard on us not closing out our movements. It feels like a personal failure. Unless you are a serious lifter its kinda hard to understand the emotion behind it. Im GLAD to be giving that part up. I will not miss the self loathing at a failed lift.
