No excuses. Just two weeks of really bad choices. :(

212.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb. Still to go: 3.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Get back on that horse Tigress...you can do it!2 weeks of bad choices does not mean its game over...just a small bump on your journey. let go of the past and focus on the future and just take it day by day...all the best!
