today i logged all my food , for the 1st time in a long time HONESTLY . i had strayed, for cheating reasons and lazyness on the good days. 26 net carbs and damn proud of it. I realized, I dont log as much bc Im always busy busy busy.When I 1st started I use to journal everything then log at the end of the day. Imma go back to that.. Ribeyes marinating for tomorrow night, along with a blue cheese wedge and some cauliflower.Cant wait..
