Down 8 pounds in all in 4 weeks, 4 days.... Best win is my Type 2 diabetes is coming donw too. Fasting BS was 109 this morning down from over 300 before I stared this WOE. Keto on!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I an tell you from experience, it will come down even lower. Get ready to Tell Diabetes meds to F*** OFF!!!! Do you do intermittent fasting? If not, you should. It will get you worked out quite well.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I am currently on NO meds for diabetes, and I never want to be! This is war. I will get these hormones in check. I'm so glad to find poeple that are here to support me. You all rock!

Am diabetic myself, it's a win-win, good blood sugers and slowly weight will come off. I go off track and have a small desert or takeout 1xweek. Slow but fair results. We just got to keep trying!
