well the extra fat appears ro be working well!!!! Keto is going to be my lifelong way of eating

I'm curious about those chai muffins... Do you buy those or make them? The only "muffin" I currently eat is the Atkins muffin in a minute, so it'd be great to have other options :) Glad to see you're doing well, congrats on the weight loss!

Nice Drop! I really enjoy the fat, satisfies me and makes me feel better : ) They had it all wrong with the low fat diets!

I got the recipe from the Ketogenic cookbook by Jimmy Moore and Maria Emmerich.It is a great book we bought a second book by her as well Get this Almond butter chocolate chip cookies with a twist of bacon OMG so good both have next to no carbs, moderate protein and High fat
