Staying with the theme of dreams: "I am passionate and hungry to devour information and experiences that I can apply to my life, so others an observe the magical results in action. I will create the life that I desire. No matter what all my dreams are coming true!" ~ taken from Paul Santisi meditation. ----- Alright I need to release 18 lbs by June 30th. That's just over 60 days. I am meditating and visualizing my goal. My dream is to succeed to show how our minds do effect our health and well being along with the # on the scale.

That's a little over a quarter pound a day. You can do that easy. Stick to the diet and walk 30 minutes a day.

Q - How do you eat an elephant? A - One bite at a time. Just break it down in doable bits and you will succeed. Just putting it out in the universe is a great start. I know you will do it!
